小公司在这一点的创新还是蛮令人印象深刻的,因为总共就300来号人,每个人半年进行一次调薪,所以目标制定也是半年一次,制定好了之后全员公开(除非涉及到采用或是经营方针等机密),然后评价的时候,是随机20个人分成一组,由一个评审小组进行打分,取前10%,20%和中间60%分别加极多,多,较少的工资,末尾10%的要降薪.这样能一定程度上避免老员工的摆烂,也能激励新员工的干劲.… text/html
